The data are the anonymised results of a survey of UK and overseas HE professionals working in the area of supporting bibliometrics. The questionnaire text is also available to download. The questionnaire's main purpose was to identify the tasks support professionals carry out and build a competency model, differentiating entry level, core and specialist tasks. The work was commissioned by lis-bibliometrics and Elsevier.
