Data for: Global loss of climate connectivity in tropical forests

dataset
posted on 2019-07-03, 07:42 authored by Rebecca Senior, Jane K. Hill, David P. Edwards
Climate connectivity data supporting the findings of the publication "Global loss of climate connectivity in tropical forests".

The metric 'climate connectivity' describes the physical connectedness of the focal habitat to locations with an analogous climate under projected future climate warming.

Spatial data are provided as ESRI shapefiles and .Rds files (for use in R). They include climate connectivity in the years 2000 and 2012, and also the change in climate connectivity from 2000 to 2012.

Summary data for statistical analyses are provided as .Rds files.
