All the procedures were performed under a British Home Office licence (PF61050A3) and in compliance with the Animal (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.
The images and data are too large to be uploaded in ORDA. The whole dataset can be assessed at: https://web-unidrive.sheffield.ac.uk/shared/multisim2/WP7/PTH_Loading/. In this repository we have uploaded only the result file obtained from assessment of the microCT images.
