Dataset for cross-sectional solute concentration and velocity distribution with headloss in transitional accelerating pipe flows.

This dataset contains the tracer concentration data measured by 4 PLIFs and velocity data measured by 2 UVPs in a 24 mm inner diameter and 13 m long pipe during an accelerating flow condition. Details on the experiment configuration, test programme and data interpretation can be found in the associated paper as follows.

Peng, Z., Sonnenwald, F., Smith, C., Corredor Garcia, JL., Stovin, V., and Guymer, I.
