Jetz avian phylogenies mapped to Prum backbone
Files containing sets of avian phylogenies in which Jetz et al. (2012) clades (doi:10.1038/nature11631) have been mapped to Prum et al. (2015) backbone phylogeny (doi:10.1038/nature15697) using the approach and code detailed in Cooney et al. (2017) (doi:10.1038/nature21074).
Stage 1 = genetic-only data
Stage 2 = genetic + taxonomic data
