<p>Data from a study embedded within the MSS3 randomised controlled trial (ISRCTN57050216; REC 18/NW/0422) designed to evaluate the effectiveness of a brief participant information leaflet and trial logo branded pen on recruitment to the host trial.</p> <p>Data have been categorised for sharing. A copy of the dataset with raw age data may be provided upon reasonable request via https://doi.org/10.15131/shef.data.22795418.</p>
