This SPSS file contains data from 383 followers nested in 85 teams, supervised by 85 line managers from 13 organizations in the South Yorkshire region. All managers had participated in the mental health awareness training (MHAT). Followers completed questionnaires two weeks before line managers' training and line managers immediately before and after the training. Scales used include mental health-related self-efficacy, learning goal orientation, climate for mental health awareness as well as followers' ratings of line managers' mental health-supportive behaviours.
