Metabolomic Data of Antibiotic Stress

dataset
posted on 2024-08-15, 23:55 authored by Kathryn Billane

Following Chapter 5 of my thesis, here untargeted metabolomic analysis was performed on 4 E.coli strains in 1 of 4 conditions.

E.coli strains: MG1655, F054, F022, ELU39

Conditions: Kanamycin exposure, cefotaxime exposure, ciprofloxacin exposure and a control.

Files are metabolomic peak table data after processing in xcms.

XCMS diffreport files are the output from xcms peak picking processing.

Peak tables are the formatted versions and techav peak tables are further condensed by averaging technical replicates.

Raw data is too large to be uploaded, please contact the University of Sheffield Mass Spectrometry Department (massspectrometry@sheffield.ac.uk) where data is stored under Mass Spec -> Metabolomics -> Kathryn -> Antibiotic Stress Experiment.
