NDR data of bacterial cells for A Novel Application of Non-Destructive Readout Technology to Localisation Microscopy
dataset
posted on 2021-04-20, 18:45 authored by Ashley CadbyAshley Cadby, Samuel Barnett, Mary SnapeMary Snape, Miguel JuarezMiguel JuarezThis data set is a binary data set taken using a non-destructive read out camera (NDR). The images are of staphylococcus aureus bacteria labeled with Alexa Fluor 647, the dye can be used to perform stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy. The key difference between NDR and conventional imaging is the ability to sub-sample in time single frames.
