<div><p>The purpose of the dataset is to categorise archaeological features and, where appropriate, group individual elements into one monument feature.</p><p><br></p> It is the second of two related, primary datasets that comprise an ArcGIS geodatabase created during doctoral research exploring later prehistoric landscapes of Snowdonia. The first dataset is a transcription dataset that records individual features identified through analysis of aerial reconnaissance surveys such as lidar and aerial photography.<br></div><div><br></div>The folder includes 8 files needed to open a shape file in GIS, and a pdf document detailing the metadata captured from embedded metadata in the original xml files created in ArcGIS.
