Video associated with the PhD Thesis entitled " Dissecting Extracellular Matrix Internalisation Mechanisms using Functional Genomics", Chapter 6, Figure 6-23.  To assess whether MDA-MB-231 cells internalise ECM during cell migration, cell derived matrices (CDM) were labelled with pHrodo, a pH sensitive dye. Cell imaging was performed every 10 minutes. Time-lapse visualisation indicated that MDA-MB-231 cells were able to internalise CDM as they migrated.
