HSRUK Conference 2022 poster describing experiences of virtual data collection - qualitative interviews undertaken by phone or online - with mental health staff. This method was a change of approach necessitated by COVID. Poster reflects on experiences of both interviewers and interview participants, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.
