An Evaluation of the Critical Reflection Supervision Pilot: Final report

This research report shares the findings of an evaluation of a project undertaken to support Adult Social Care teams to move away from administrative or case management focused supervision to a model of critical reflection supervision. The project includes the use of SWOTT toolkits to help support the shift in supervisory models. The evaluation showed positive change and SWOTT toolkits were a key mechanism in helping to support practice and culture change. The evaluation received ethical approval from the University of Sheffield (Reference Number 051425). Data produced in the evaluation are not shared in accordance with the conditions of ethical approval.
