<p dir="ltr">This resource provides guidelines and practical tips for conducting empirical research with anti-immigration groups, including the far-right.</p><p dir="ltr">This ethical resource was collaboratively developed by <a href="https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/migration-research-group" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Migration Research Group</a>, the University of Sheffield, based on a workshop delivered in Sheffield by researchers from the project “<a href="https://www.londonmet.ac.uk/research/centres-groups-and-units/global-diversities-and-inequalities-research-centre/projects-and-partners/everyday-transnationalism-of-the-right/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Everyday transnationalism of the far right: an interdisciplinary study of Polish immigrants' participation in far-right groups in Britain</a>” (ESRC, ES/W010151/1) on 11 June 2025. The workshop was led by Dr Anna Jochymek and Dr Rafal Soborski, London Metropolitan University.</p><p dir="ltr">We publish a resource (in a PDF format) and two diagrams we created to summarise the key ethical principles and practical tips for studying anti-immigration groups (in a PNG format).</p><p dir="ltr">The development of the resource was possible thanks to funding from the University Research Ethics Committee (UREC) at the University of Sheffield.</p><p><br></p>
