Reviewing Response Adaptive Randomisation: Methods, Trials, and Resources

Published on by Isabelle Wilson

FULL TITLE:

A Methodological Review of Response Adaptive Randomisation Methods, Trials, and Statistical Resources

DESCRIPTION:

This methodological review will be split into three work packages (WPs). The objectives of WP 1, 2, and 3 are, respectively, to identify statistical literature on response adaptive randomisation (RAR) methods applicable in clinical trial research, identify clinical trials that have used RAR methods, and identify RAR statistical implementation resources.

We hope the findings will provide practical guidance on RAR methods to improve their uptake where appropriate and uncover key methodological gaps for future research.

This project does not require ethics approval.
