Barradas, Manuel; Joseph Carol; Milliken, Neil; Sharpe, Mark (2016): Modifications to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database system to enable the use of speech recognition software. T4I Communications 1, T4I2016 – Academic/Research, Nov 2016. Figshare.
